NYC might be the only place in America where you can look out your apartment window & see someone chisel out their car with an upside down “Slow” sign. Clearly I am one of the few around here that love this weather. (Whatever it takes to extend ice climbing season!) In lieu of upcycling a street sign by sawzall, I think I’ll leave my shovels in the car until March…
